I would not classify myself as a ‘foodie’ – except that I like to eat. The class was my birthday gift to my sister and I accompanied her. I truly did not know what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Heidi, our host and her assistants were all approachable and friendly. Chef Megan, our instructor was great. She welcomed questions and gave us many hints. And the food was terrific! All in all, a very enjoyable, educational and tasty evening and definitely worth the price. Well done Cook Culture!
