Making Sushi at home with Chef Kimiko Suzuki was a lot of fun. We were invited to help cook and just about everyone in the class helped in some way. Kimiko has a very relaxed way about her and she has a great sense of humour. Her recipes were simple to follow and easy to make. Also she had a nice variety. The Miso soup was excellent. Thank you for such a fun class.
