How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping is calculated automatically depending on your shipping address, however shipping is free in BC for orders over $75.00 net (after discounts and before tax)
If your order contains large, and/or heavy items (such as Cast Iron Cookware, large cookware items, cookware sets, dinnerware sets, stand mixers) then there will be an additional charge of $10 – $25. You will see this when checking out.
Please note: due to the high cost of shipping to the North West Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon Territories the base shipping rate is $20.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
In general, your order will ship (or will be ready for pickup) within one business day of being placed, unless the item is being transferred from another store. You will receive an email notifying you that your order is being shipped, or is ready for pickup.
In situations where there will be a delay, you will be notified via email.
Shipping to the United States
US shipments may be subject to import duties , brokerage fees and local sales taxes that may be levied upon receipt of your order. These additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the addressee; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

International Online Orders
We do not ship online orders outside of Canada & the United States.
Gift Card Delivery
Our gift cards are shipped free of charge within Canada via Canada Post regular mail.
We offer free in-store pick up at all of our stores. Select your desired store location at checkout. Orders are typically ready the next business day.
Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery by emailing email@example.com. Goods must be returned in original packaging.
Cook Culture is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
