How much does it cost to ship?
In general, shipping is $7 for all orders. If your order contains large, and/or heavy items (such as Cast Iron Cookware, large cookware items, cookware sets, dinnerware sets, stand mixers) then there will be an additional charge of $10 – $25. You will see this when checking out.
Please note: due to the high cost of shipping to the North West Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon Territories the base shipping rate is $20.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
In general, your order will ship (or will be ready for pickup) within one business day of being placed, unless the item is being transferred from another store. You will receive an email notifying you that your order is being shipped, or is ready for pickup.
In situations where there will be a delay, you will be notified via email.

US shipments may be subject to import duties , brokerage fees and local sales taxes that may be levied upon receipt of your order.
