We are looking forward to welcoming you and your crew into the Cook Culture kitchen for some cooking, eating, and fun! Please review this contract in detail and let us know if you have any questions. Pasta Fundamentals Pizza Party! Spanish Vegetarian Small Plates Other (please list below) We are undecided; but, will confirm at least 1 week before the event, by emailing email@example.com I understand that the price for our private party is $1250 (+gst) for the first 10 people. For each additional guest, the charge is $95 (+gst) per person. Final payment is due 72 hours before the event. I agree to all terms of the cancellation policy, as listed below.PRIVATE PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, and is fully refundable up to 30 days before your event. The balance is due 72 hours prior to your event. Half of the deposit is refundable, up to 14 days before your event. The deposit is non-refundable less than 14 days prior to your event. If you need to change the date of your event you may do so once, for free, up to 14 days before your event. Any additional date changes will have a $100 charge. We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate date changes less than 14 days prior to your event. Final number of guests and allergy details are required 72 hours before your event (with no changes to guest count or additional allergy restrictions allowed following this time - if a guest is unable to attend within this period, please send somebody in their place). If your party requires dishware or furniture rentals, these will be finalized one week before the event, with no changes to the rentals following that time. I understand that I am able to bring alcohol and we will have a self serve bar area. If we would like Cook Culture staff to pour our alcohol, we will need Cook Culture to take a Special Occasion License, that will be at an additional charge to me. Please note below if we should take out a license. If our party requires rentals, these will be finalized one week before the event, with no changes to the rentals following that time. I understand that the final guest count is due 48 hours before the event, with no changes following that time. Listed below are the number of guests I am expecting. I understand that all guest´s allergies and dietary restrictions are due a minimum of 48 hours before the event. Please note: we use all types of products in our facilities. We do our best to sanitize all surfaces; but, we cannot guarantee there will not be cross contamination. Please ask all guests, with allergies, to bring their epi-pen. We cannot take responsibility for allergic reactions. All guest allergies and dietary restrictions are due 72 hours before the event, with no additions or changes allowed following this time. The sooner you are able to provide this info, the more likely we are able to accommodate.Please take special note of menus with items that we are unable to replace. Some common restrictions are: vegetarian, vegan, celiac (wheat/gluten allergy), nut allergy, shellfish allergy and dairy allergy.We use all types of products in our facilities. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event and be ready to start on time. If you wish to use our space prior to the agreed upon start time or past the finish time, you are welcome to rent it at a cost of $100/30 minutes, to a maximum of 1 hour. For space use prior to the start time, this must be confirmed with the Cooking Class and Event Coordinator. For unplanned space use following the event, the host on duty will forward the agreed upon finish time to our Cooking Class and Event Co-ordinator, who will charge your credit card accordingly. I have been made aware of the add-ons you offer (ie. cocktail makings, charcutterie platter, and desserts) and I do not wish to purchase any add-ons.
