Our goal is to offer cooking classes that are approachable, fun, doable (yes, I can make that!) and reasonably priced. We enjoy teaching in a group environment and promote family cooking.   How close do you think we got to our goal in your class?

  2. I’ve been to Spain 3 times, and this was the best Tapas/Paella meal I’ve ever had. Thanks to Chef Shane Lobsinger’s prep and guidance, this delicious meal was achievable by both the experienced and novice cooks in our class.

  3. I really enjoyed the class & got very useful tips. The food was delicious and the background music was right on. Everybody was very friendly. Would it be possible to get the recipe for the dough made with semolina and 00 flour. Thank you for a very nice evening. Looking forward to schedule othe classes as my time permits. Sincerely,

  4. I had a great experience with the Asian street food class. Chef Cosmo and Chef Mat were great. Their passion for food was inspiring. The support staff were amazing too.
    The group cooking environment was fun and social.
    I was very happy to be surrounded by fellow foodies.
