Chef Telnaz Mazidi

Telnaz grew up in Iran, with a family very passionate about food and cooking, which sparked her interest in culinary arts at an early age. After completing her chef training at Vancouver Art Institute, she continued to gain experience working at various premium restaurants, in Vancouver. 

She began experimenting on her most favorite cuisine, Persian food, and introducing a contemporary twist to its unique flavors and earthy colors at Sweet Lemon Catering; now 5 years later, she enjoys catering to a very exclusive client base to produce food that is not only vibrant and visual but nourishes the body and mind and always leaves you wanting more.

She has now decided to share her knowledge through her cooking classes with passionate individuals, like herself, and invites you to join her for a joyful experience.
