Whether I’m cooking, writing recipes, or food styling, or if I’m roaming the globe in search of an interesting story, ingredient, or table at which to eat, my pleasure comes from the joy of everything about food. I am a professionally trained chef and have worked in fine dining restaurants from Toronto to Northern Italy. As the years passed, my career evolved into food writing, recipe development, and food styling. Let’s just say I have a long standing love affair with magazines!

For six years, I was Chatelaine’s Senior Food Editor before I was smart enough to move out west to Victoria. I’ve been a long time contributor to EAT magazine and my work has appeared in Alive, Clean Eating, Best Health and Today’s Parent. I recently just returned home from a year away in Toronto working as Executive Food Editor for Canadian Living. See, told you I was hooked!
