My love for the culinary tradition began in 2007 when I trained to become a Chef in Vancouver, BC.  After spending a foundational year in Vancouver, I further refined my skills in kitchens throughout Whistler and the UK. Working in Michelin-Starred restaurants in London, England exposed me to a level of excellence that I am excited to be sharing with cooks of Victoria. To share and exchange knowledge of food, culinary tradition, and kitchen skill ignites a joy in me that is comparable to nothing else.
