This smoothie packs plenty of good-for-you-greens in one glass. For added nutrition, substitute kale for spinach.
1/2 cup (75 g) green grapes
1 medium orange, peeled, halved
1/2 medium banana, peeled
1/2 cup (64 g) chopped carrot
2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach, lightly packed
1/2 cup (80 g) frozen pineapple chunks
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients into your blender container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select the lowest speed.
3. Turn your blender on and slowly increase the speed to high. If necessary, use a tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
4. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
