The Autumn and Winter season is one of my favourites; but, it is easy to go overboard on amazing foods. One can easily spoil all the hard work and exercise performed during the summer months. In this class, we will learn how to cook some tasty, nutritious and soul satisfying recipes. We focus on preparations of some great Fall/Winter veggies as well as cooking wild game. For those interested, we will also talk about cost effective substitutions for the game meat. These dishes are a fantastic alternative to classic holiday dinners, but are also great everyday meals.
