Traditional Mexican Veggie Fiesta! Cooking Class

Originally, ancient Mexican food consisted of plants and insects, we will learn how to cook traditional plant based dishes that are not only hearty and delicious but full of vitamins and antioxidants to enchant our palates and nourish our bodies. No worries, insects are optional! Traditionally, cultures around the world use very little or no animal products in their cuisine as plants have always been abundant and easy to harvest, especially in hot and tropical climates.

Our hands on cooking classes are set in a large communal teaching kitchen, which is similar to a home kitchen, just bigger! You will learn shoulder to shoulder from the instructor along with the other guests. After you learn to make the meal, everyone will sit together and enjoy the meal family style. In all of our classes, other than Knife Skills, you are welcome to bring your own beverages.
