Plant Based Comfort Food Cooking Class

Whether they’re childhood favorites or our usual take-out order, many of the comforting meals we’ve come to love are about as far from plant-based as you can get. But all that is about to change! Introducing Plant Based Comfort Foods, a combination of mouth watering favourites that keep all of the flavour you know and love while using plant based ingredients.

Starting off with some finger licking beer battered cauliflower, our main course is a scrumptious BBQ jackfruit sandwich and bubbly, creamy mac and cheese, followed by a moist vanilla cake encased in a fluffy chocolate icing.

Our hands on cooking classes are set in a large communal teaching kitchen, which is similar to a home kitchen, just bigger! You will learn shoulder to shoulder from the instructor along with the other guests. After you learn to make the meal, everyone will sit together and enjoy the meal family style. In all of our classes, other than Knife Skills, you are welcome to bring your own beverages.
