Pasta Fundamentals Cooking Class

Join our Cook Culture Chef as they cook with the season while you learn to make Pasta from scratch. This class is a busy, hands on artisan pasta making cooking class with sauces and garnishes to challenge and inspire you in the kitchen. You will learn how to make great egg pasta dough that you will make into tasty creations in class. 

Our hands on cooking classes are set in a large communal teaching kitchen, which is similar to a home kitchen, just bigger! You will learn shoulder to shoulder from the instructor along with the other guests. After you learn to make the meal, everyone will sit together and enjoy the meal family style. In all of our classes, other than Knife Skills, you are welcome to bring your own beverages.

Please note: this class is not suitable for those that are lactose intolerance, have extreme nut allergies, or are celiac/have a gluten sensitivity.
