An introduction to the Lebanese kitchen. The ingredients, flavours, and stories that make up a culture revolving around food. In this class we will explore the fresh and vibrant flavor profile of olive oil, herbs, garlic and lemon; as well as using the Lebanese staples of whole grains and vegetables. All of the ingredients are easily found in Vancouver, and you will surprised at how simple it is to create these fantastic dishes at home!
