Here I’m going to show everyone how simple and fun it is to create your own classic Italian dinner. Using your hands to stretch your own pizza, trying and testing different combinations of toppings varying from fresh mozzarella to spicy salami, even butternut squash. A great way for a healthy simple meal you can cater to yourself.
We will also practice knife skills to create your own salads at home, and some basic sauce building 101.
