Deliciously Nutritious Soups Cooking Class

  • Demonstration with some hands-on

Soups may feel like a one-pot dish that is less exciting than other dishes but there is an art to combining flavours in soups that can warm the heart and soothe the soul. This class focuses on nutrient density in soups without compromising the flavours. For example, we will teach you how to create creamy soups without the use of dairy and creating a chicken “noodle” soup without the gluten!

Our hands on cooking classes are set in a large communal teaching kitchen, which is similar to a home kitchen, just bigger! You will learn shoulder to shoulder from the instructor along with the other guests. After you learn to make the meal, everyone will sit together and enjoy the meal family style. In all of our classes, other than Knife Skills, you are welcome to bring your own beverages.
