Eating Whole Cooking Class

How simple improvements to your diet can yield excellent results in your health

 

There’s an overwhelmingly simple concept among people that are highly educated in preventative health and nutrition; that a Whole Food diet makes for the most healthy humans. Our current fast paced North American diet has been implicated as a major cause of many of the growing health issues from unwanted weight, to diabetes, to cancer.

Our hands on cooking classes are set in a large communal teaching kitchen, which is similar to a home kitchen, just bigger! You will learn shoulder to shoulder from the instructor along with the other guests. After you learn to make the meal, everyone will sit together and enjoy the meal family style. In all of our classes, other than Knife Skills, you are welcome to bring your own beverages.
