Join Rebecca and Jenn as they bring a menu to life, providing handy kitchen tips and cooking methods that are useful for every day cooking with a gourmet flavour. Challenge yourself to dabble in new cuisines, ways of eating and thinking about food. This class has been inspired by the cookbook Naturally Nourished. Rebecca and Jenn take their collective years of experience in the kitchen, creating recipes that are great for weekdays and entertaining alike. You will definitely lave this class having learned something, having had a great time and with a full belly! 

Rebecca is a food photographer, stylist, recipe developer and cookbook author of First, We Brunch.  Jenn is a freelance food writer, recipe developer and food stylist, and past Food Editor for Chatelaine and Canadian Living magazines. Together, they make a dynamic team, adding their own spin to the recipes while layering in handy food styling tips and tricks too!

Our hands on cooking classes are set in a large communal teaching kitchen, which is similar to a home kitchen, just bigger! You will learn shoulder to shoulder from the instructor along with the other guests. After you learn to make the meal, everyone will sit together and enjoy the meal family style. In all of our classes, other than Knife Skills, you are welcome to bring your own beverages.
