Adventure into Central Thailand with our Cook Culture chef.  These salty, spicy, sweet, and savory dishes will enliven your palette.  If you cannot make the trip to Bangkok, this class is the next best bet!

  • Larb Moo – spicy ground pork salad
  • Massaman Gai – rich peanut and spice based curry chicken served with steamed jasmine rice
  • Kluai Buat Chee – Thai style poached bananas in sweet coconut milk

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests who do not eat shellfish, fish, chicken or peanuts at this class. Fish sauce, shrimp paste, and peanuts cannot be eliminated from this menu. This menu is not vegetarian, both chicken and pork, are used. We can, however, replace the pork with chicken. Some soy sauce is used, which can be eliminated; but, otherwise this menu is gluten free.
