In this class we explore the delicious warming flavours of the Caribbean using classic staples from Jamaica, Puerto Rico and Trinidad.  On my recent journey through one of my favourite areas of our planet, I discovered that a hot day is not complete without a Piña Colada to sip on, that Mofongo is an amazing dish that I had to replicate back home and finally that I could not get enough Johnny Cakes in my belly.

I received the cooking class as a gift, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Chef Michael was wonderful. I enjoyed his sense of humor, how simple his recipes were, and the generous amount of tips and tricks he provided. I’ll never cut onions, handle herbs, or cook butternut squash the same way again! Really enjoyed my experience.
