When it comes to cooking with our products, one of the most common questions we get is how to properly cook chickpeas. Our answer? It’s the easiest thing ever!

The simplest way to ensure that healthy, delicious meals can be yours at the ready is to adopt a basic batch cooking approach to your weekly food prep. Don’t have a food prep routine yet? Then we’re sure this will be just the ticket to get you going.

We’ve been working with All-Clad’s pressure cooker, and are excited to share with you a quick way to batch cook all of our products. Once cooked, simply keep your cooked grains or beans in the fridge until ready to eat, and any extras (and there will be extras) are easily stored in the freezer for later use.
